ALETHA is looking for Azure Cloud Engineers with hands-on experience in the planning, architecting, and configuration of Azure infrastructure in computing, network, and storage resources. You will translate IT requirements in the design and configuration of infrastructure components to create fully automated and integrated solutions on the cloud.
Responsibilities
Understand and translate business requirements in cloud solution and infrastructure design on client engagements.
Design, configure, and administer Azure resources or applications with quality and security.
Adopt modern design approaches like microservices, serverless, and containers.
Utilize agile approach for development and delivery.
Develop security design and set up appropriate controls in Azure.
Integrate applications with Azure Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) as needed.
Produce estimates for analysis, design, configuration, and testing.
Lead and mentor junior team members.
Ensure compliance with business, data, and technical requirements.
Ensure compliance with business, data, technical requirements as well as coding standards and policies in client engagements.
Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Minimum 8 years experiences in system design, application development, cloud infrastructure administration, or IT consulting participating in complex projects
At least 4 years of experience with Azure infrastructure planning, configuration, and support
At least 2 years of experiences in using Github / Jenkins / Docker / Kubernetes and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools
Experience in designing and implementing security policies in Azure
Strong knowledgeable in SQL and/or noSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
Strong working knowledge and design principles in microservices, event-driven applications and Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD).
Working knowledge in agile software methodologies and development tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
Good overall business knowledge in financial industries (e.g. retail banking, commercial banking, capital markets, wealth management, insurance, pension fund, and fintech).
Preferably with Azure certification
Strong communication, diagnostic and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and excel in a team environment.
